Lance Dunahoe is the owner of Inspect360 and Lead Domino Training based in Dallas, TX. International Etiquette Consultant, Director of Special Events University of North Texas
Laurea Irving started her career with Delta Air Lines as a domestic and international flight attendant, where business and dining etiquette were both part of the training and everyday work experience. Ms. Irving later went into HR and Operational Management, followed by assignments at the corporate offices in Atlanta. Ms. Irving returned to Texas when the Delta operation closed at DFW in 2005.
Upon returning home to Texas, Ms. Irving soon joined the Office of the President at the University of North Texas, one of her alma maters (UNT M. Ed. ’99). As Director of Special Events, Ms. Irving has worked for the President of UNT for twelve years, coordinating an expanse of events including legislative visits, international ceremonies, small – but critical- business dinners, and University-wide Commencement Ceremonies. In this role, Ms. Irving has received certification as a Protocol Officer and International Etiquette Consultant from the Protocol School of Washington, and now teaches Etiquette Seminars to students and employers in the North Texas Region.

Les McGehee is an author, speaker and coach who has presented thousands of events across the United States and internationally. He is the author of the book Plays Well With Others, and the co-creator of much of the original ONE Thing training materials. Les has also written foundational courses for Keller Williams University such as “Win with Sellers,” “Build a Top Team,” and “Recruiting Great Agents.” Gary Keller and Jay Papasan’s revolutionary book The ONE Thing had a profound affect on Les’s life. He became the first certified ONE Thing trainer and is now the ONE Thing certification director.

Chip Irving is the Director of Sales and Education for Inspect360. After 15 years in operational management and procurement, Chip’s detailed approach was directed toward the real estate industry. He has over 10 years experience as a Realtor and over 5 years as a Certified Master Inspector and trainer. His passion in the industry is educating clients, Realtors and other inspectors about home purchasing, inspections and reducing the stress during theses situations. It all starts with a solid foundation. Chip believes that education builds a solid foundation that can empower individuals to take the next step. New agent training like Home Inspection 101, Realtor Liability and the Home Inspection, and Realtor Survival are his core courses in building that foundation.
